Logic Puzzles for a Variety of Ages and Skill Levels
One of the best things about this printable logic puzzle collection is that there is something for a wide range of ages and skill levels.
The puzzles are divided into easy, medium, and hard categories, so kids can start with the simpler challenges and work their way up as their confidence and problem-solving skills grow.
The easier puzzles are a great introduction to using clues and the process of elimination, while the medium and hard puzzles require a little more careful thinking and attention to detail.
Older kids may enjoy tackling the more challenging puzzles independently, while younger children can work through them alongside a parent, teacher, or older sibling.
How to Solve the Puzzles
To solve a logic puzzle, begin by carefully reading through all of the clues. Each clue gives you an important piece of information that will help you determine the correct answer.
For puzzles that include a logic grid, kids can place an X in boxes they know cannot be correct and a checkmark in boxes they know are a match.
As they work through the clues and eliminate different possibilities, they’ll gradually be able to fill in the entire grid.
Some puzzles may involve putting items in the correct order, finding a pattern, solving a simple code, or using clues to determine which person is matched with each item.
Encourage kids to take their time and reread the clues whenever they get stuck. Sometimes a clue that didn’t seem helpful at first becomes much more useful after a few other answers have been figured out!

Favorite Supplies:
These are a few of my favorite supplies that I use and LOVE!
- White Cardstock: For most projects, I recommend printing onto cardstock. It is much more durable than standard printer paper and often produces a higher quality print.
- Crayons: A staple in any crafting household. Crayola is always the top notch choice!
- Kid Friendly Safety Scissors: These are perfect for little kids learning how to use scissors. They cut paper but not fingers or hair!
- Glue Sticks: These disappearing purple glue sticks are by far my favorite! I love buying them in bulk since we use them so often!
- Lamination Machine: Laminating printables are a great way to make them last longer. If you are planning on laminating to make games reusable, be sure to get a bunch of dry erase markers as well.
- Dry Erase Pockets: Dry erase pockets are a great alternative to using a lamination machine when wanting to make printable games and activities reusable.
