How do you play the ABC game?
Give each person a game page that includes a line next to each letter of the alphabet. The goal is to come up with one school or education related word that begins with each letter.
Here are a few examples to get you started:
A: Apple
B: Book
C. Chalkboard
Add a scattergories twist!
While the back to school ABC game is fun on it’s own, you might want to add a bit of challenge and competition to the activity and turn it into a scattergories game. Here is how that would work:
Have each player come up with a school themed word that begins with each letter of the alphabet
Go around the room and read your answer aloud. If you have the same answer as another player, you both must eliminate that word from the list.
Whichever player has the most unique words at the end of the game, wins!
