I’ve always been a big planner. I love everything about agendas, to do lists and calendars. But one thing I’ve been trying to get more into lately is meal planning. I’ve noticed that when I take the time to write out my meals for the week and actually do the prep, I’m much more likely to eat healthier. When you have already cooked healthy food in your refrigerator, it’s not as tempting to run out for some fast food.
So today I wanted to share with you this free printable weekly meal planner that I created. It’s designed to help you plan out your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for the week.
