Creating back to school traditions are a great way to help capture memories as your children grow each year. Today, I wanted to share with you all a free “All About Me” back to school printable that I created.

An “All About Me” questionnaire is the perfect way to help remember your kids’ unique personalities as they grow and change throughout each school year.
Have your children fill out the printable questionnaire before the start of each school year. Make sure to tape a photo of them to the page, or even have them draw a self portrait! Afterwords you can then store them in a nice folder, box or binder. Think of how much fun it will be in the years to come to look back at how your child answered each question. You might be surprised how things change!
