This weekly meal planner features spaces to write down your daily breakfast, lunch and dinner plans for the week.
There is also a shopping list section at the bottom of the page where you can write down any ingredients that you still need to pick up from the store.
Having a weekly meal planner is a great way to stay organized and have yourself and your family easily be able to see what meals they can be expecting in the upcoming week ahead.
I’ve also found that a meal planner has been great for me to reduce food waste. For example, let’s say I have a bunch of extra baked potatoes in my kitchen cabinet. Knowing that, I can plan to use those potatoes in different ways throughout the week.
Personally, unless I write down how I’m using the food I have stocked up, there is a good chance I would forget I had it. And then by the time I remembered, they may have gone bad. I truly hate throwing away food, so a meal planner has been a real game changer in my household.

How to make your weekly meal planner reusable:
Now, if you are like me and look for absolutely any excuse to laminate something, this meal planner is the perfect item to add to your lamination list!
Save yourself some time and paper by laminating the weekly meal planner and use dry erase markers to write down your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and your shopping list.
Simply wipe clean when the week is over and start again on Monday! This is also a great idea if your week is unpredictable and you may need to change meals for certain days.
For me, I don’t always know when my husband will be working overtime. I definitely like to save his favorite meals for when he is home and so I may move a certain dinner to another day depending on his schedule.
I love not having to have to cross things off my meal planner and so having dry erase markers and a laminated page is just perfect for keeping it organized and clean!
If you are in the market for a great home lamination machine, this is the one I have in my home office and it is excellent! Like I mentioned earlier, I look for any excuse to laminate things and this lamination machine make it super easy! Click here to view the lamination machine on Amazon.
And if you don’t have a home lamination machine available, you can use these really cool dry erase pockets. Simply place your weekly meal planner inside the pocket and use a dry erase marker just as you would if it were laminated. Click here to view the dry erase pockets on Amazon.
For both of these options, I would definitely recommend printing out the meal planner onto white cardstock. Cardstock is more durable and will withstand being reused week after week, much better than plain paper.
