This free printable roll a snowman game is perfect activity to keeps the kids entertained inside on a cold snowy day.
All you need to play this game is the free printable game board, a dice and a small bowl of M&Ms.

Kids and adults alike will have a blast playing this fun winter themed game. The best part is that when the game is over, everyone has a sweet snack to enjoy!
Supplies needed:
- Free printable game (download link is located at the bottom of this post)
- Scissors or a paper cutter
- Dice
- M&Ms
- Optional: Markers, crayons or colored pencils in red, blue, orange, green, brown and yellow for a candy free alternative.
How to play the Roll a Snowman Game
Each player will receive a game board and one dice. If you are playing in a classroom or with a larger group of people you might be interested in buying dice in bulk.
Roll the dice to see what number it lands on and then use the key on the game board to determine which color M&M should be placed in the snowman picture.
Keep rolling the dice until all of the spaces are filled up with the correct colors. When you are done playing, you can eat all of the M&Ms!
If you would like a candy free alternative you can simply swap out the M&Ms for red, blue, orange, green, brown, and yellow markers, crayons or colored pencils.
In this version, instead of filling in each space with an M&M, you can fill in each circle with the correct color.
How to make the game more competitive.
If you are playing this roll a snowman game with adults, or if you would just like to add in a bit of competition, you can make it a race against the clock!
Give each player a game board and a small bowl of M&Ms. Once the game has begin, everyone will have to roll their dice and try to fill in the spaces as quickly as they can. Whichever player completed their game board first, can eat everyone else’s M&Ms!
Free Printable Roll a Snowman Game
This game is designed to be printed onto a standard 8.5×11 inch piece of white paper or cardstock. For the best quality, I would highly recommend printing the games onto white cardstock.
If you plan on reusing the games for a classroom activity you might like to laminate each game to make them more durable and better able to withstand multiple uses. This is the lamination machine I have and I highly recommend it.
Two games will print per page. Once printed, you can use scissors or a paper cutter to divide the two games in half. This is the paper cutter that I am currently using on my work desk.
