After being together for a while, it might be hard to come up with a unique gift to give your significant other on your anniversary.
On one of our anniversaries, my husband made his own little coupon book of things he would do for me. The coupons ranged from folding all of the laundry, to watching one of my favorite reality shows with me.
Each coupon had a lot of thought put into it and it was a gift I sincerely appreciated.
I decided that I wanted to make my own template to make creating your own coupon book as simple as possible!
And now I’m sharing with you this free printable anniversary coupon book that you can download and print today.
What is a coupon book?
A coupon book is a wonderful DIY gift you can put together for your loved ones. Each page of the printable book has a blank coupon for you to fill out with something you will do for them or somewhere you will take them. Later on in this post, I have included a few fun ideas of coupons that you could include to get you started.

Free Printable Anniversary Coupon Book
This free printable is designed to be printed onto 8.5×11 inch pieces of paper and/or cardstock.
For the best results, I would definitely recommend printing out the front and back cover of the book onto white cardstock. This will give it a heavier feel that is similar to an actual book.
Once printed, each coupon will measure 7.5×2.5 inches.
Feel free to download and print as many copies of the coupon book as you would like. however, please do not edit or redistribute the files in any way. This book was created for personal use only.
Supplies needed to put together one anniversary coupon book:
- Printable coupon book (Download link is located at the bottom of this post)
- 8.5×11 inch white printer paper and/or cardstock.
- A paper cutter or scissors
- Pens, pencils or markers
- A stapler or a hole punch
- Ribbon, string or twine (if using the hole punch option to assemble)
How to assemble the coupon book:
Download the pdf file that is located at the bottom of this post. The pdf includes five pages. The first place contains the front and back cover and then there are three pages of four blank coupons.
If you would like to include more than the included twelve coupons, you can print out more blank coupon pages.
Once printed, cut all of the coupons apart.
Next, write down what each coupon can be redeemed for. I have included some suggestions below to get you started.
Once all of the coupons have been filled out, stack all the pages together, making sure that the front cover is on top and the back cover is on the bottom.
To bind the book together, you can use a stapler to staple one edge.
Alternatively, you can also use a hole punch to punch holes into the sides of the book. Then, you can tie string or ribbon through the holes to bind the book together.
